Repair loose/oscillating indoor roller

I got this old Kettler Sprint-master Indoor Roller, and one of the rolls is loose and started oscillating. They're not known for being quiet, but with my weight on it, it now sounds like a pneumatic hammer and I can't ride it even with headphones.

Can these rollers be replaced, or repaired somehow?
