As it’s been already pointed, it’s a Vitus CL1 MTB, full aluminium (apart from the steerer) tubes epoxy glued to aluminium bonds. It’s a very cool find, may not stand compared to modern frames but still very enjoyable. No carbon, no Kevlar.
Check it it still have the original plastic cover on the downtube (seems like it) and check for the seatpost (easily replaceable though) as sometimes it gets damaged from pressure. Plus it still has the original stripes and decals!
