Put some tape on the frame nest to the tire and take it out for a trail ride PLUS ride it up a hill to gauge exactly how much the frame flexes under heavy pedaling.
If no marks show up on the tape, then you should be okey dokey.
I do really like the paint job. It’s got that look as if Dario Pegoretti was inspired by the opening credits of Saved By The Bell.

u need to try the bike under load and turning. the rim will deformation while turning.
or just put some black tape on the frame.

You might check that your bottom bracket and crankset are installed to correctly
The spacers and washers in the video look strange.
