Struggling here, I have a new to me 3T Ultra frame, has a sram bottom bracket which worked great because the donor bike has Quarq Dub crank arms. I have installed and reinstalled the crank arms 3-4 times using various spacer sizes. If the arms are tight (no play) the BB feels like it's too "stiff" or dragging. I have tried backing the preload out and still no joy.
