We Almost MISSED This in Winchester… | CAMC Site Stay
We nearly moved on from Winchester… but we’re so glad we didn’t.
In this motorhome vlog, we’re staying at Morn Hill CAMC Site and heading back into Winchester city centre, and what we found inside completely changed our view of the place.
From walking routes into town and bus options, to exploring Winchester Cathedral (including the incredible Helios installation), we share our honest thoughts on whether this city stop is worth it, plus a full tour of the CAMC site facilities and what it cost us in winter.

Hi guys. Thanks for the vlog. Alde do a current monitor that backs off the heating if the overall moho current draw is more than a user-set amount. It goes around the hook up cable inside your van and then plugs into a port on the boiler. It's a pretty easy mod and works well. Just remember to set it when you get to site!
I’m currently travelling through Spain trying to find a place to buy ready for when I retire. Not feeling the north but constantly hearing about Nerja so heading down that way. Any recommendations or advice please thanks in advance. Ps love the videos.
Yes don't walk on drains or edges of pavement slabs and don't have volume of any device on an odd number 😮. Carl and Linda xxx.
The Netherlands we did that last year we went to the Kukenhoff Gardens to see the tulips,, 🌷 absolutely beautiful,and we used our electric bikes too,Holland really know how to do it for the bikes, can’t wait to see that video 😘
Ha ha – my kids won’t let me walk over any drains so it’s not just you Lee!!! Any magpies I also salute them and ask them how their wife and family are 😂😂😂

We lived in Winchester for 2 and a half and didn't enter the Cathedral. We will do next time we go there though. I done my Army basic training in Winchester too.
That picture on the wall of the launderette, was actually the accommodation we lived in during training and from where the photo was taken was the Hallowed Parade Ground. We were never allowed to walk across it.
