I came across an ad near my place for 2011 Fuji SL2 full carbon bike. Apparently the seller was in the US and the bike was purchased over there only. Original posted price was 85k inr but after asking for a best deal, his minimum price is 65k inr and not less than that. I am thinking if this should be my first good bike for cycling. Original ad is at the very bottom
specs:
Fuji SL2 full carbon bike, Shimano 105 with some upgrades
Size 54 (medium)
Model year 2011
With Mavic Ksyrium Elite wheels (this is a major upgrade, please Google).
Purchased and upgraded in the US. Never used in India.
Completely refurbished with brand new parts and upgrades:
Vittoria zaffiro pro tires
Shimano tiagra shift/brake lever 10 speed
Shimano tiagra rd-4700-gs rear derailleur
Shimano cn-6701 chain
Brake cables, housing, brake pads, various bearings etc.
Spent Rs 32k on parts and service last week (you can call and confirm with The Bike Affair, Hyderabad). The bike is ready to go and needs nothing else. It hasn't even been taken on the road since service last week.

I would appreciate replies from cycle pros on if this purchase would make sense or not. Only comparison I did is with decathlons rc520 but that seems to be slightly more pricier but with modern components.
Intended use is casual cycling and occasional long rides on weekends.
