Do you mean tighten as in what you’d do with a cup and cone bearing? You don’t. It’ll be a cartridge bearing. If the wheel is wobbly, the bearings may be worn out and need to be replaced.

You don´t, they are cartridge bearings, it´s a really good system, you don´t need many tools to take them apart and inspect them either, it´s a pretty easy job.

Usually they are a little unintuitive but the threads can be reversed, I’ve had that issue and used a cone wrench to synch it back up. This was on a specialized ebike that was loose out of the box, I might be off with this being a bontrager wheel, but happy wrenching nonetheless!
