Hello I’m pretty new to bike packing and I just picked up this hard rock for 30 bucks. Looking for advice for building it for weekend trips. Here is what I have done to it so far along with what’s in the mail: New cables and housing, brake pads, stem adapter, stem, handle bars, grips and pedals I had some rear bags in the mail along with some Maxxis holy rollers and I’m making a custom frame bag. Let me know what you think!

Love the big space for a frame bag. It’s gonna look nice. I’d focus on finding the right seat cause that was my biggest issue when spending hours in the saddle.
