Pulled off the impressive feat of getting frustrated on NBD. My hex key feels like it’s going to snap in my hands. Bike was bought from Jenson USA and assembled by them. I just want to swap the rear shock.
Take all of the air out of the shock just so you dont hurt yourself. Might make it easier to loosen those bolts too.

It looks like you have stripped the outside portion of the bolt but the inside is still somewhat intact. Make sure your allen key is fully pressed in the slot an then try to loosen.
