What’s it actually like to live in one of the world’s smallest and most famous castles? In this episode of INTO THEIR SPACE, we step inside Dinton Castle, the iconic 18th-century folly famously restored on Grand Designs.

Owner John reveals how this 250-year-old Buckinghamshire ruin was transformed into a breathtaking modern sanctuary. Discover the genius of small-space living, from the bespoke 58-step spiral staircase to the octagonal living room featuring fossil-embedded stone walls and a cozy wood-burning stove.

Beyond the architecture, we explore the lush one-acre garden—home to an ancient 700-year-old oak—and hear why John hasn’t taken a holiday since moving into this peaceful retreat.
