The Met Office has issued a new weather warning for Greater Manchester as temperatures are expected to drop. The yellow ice warning has been issued across the North West, with most of Greater Manchester set to be impacted by ‘ice patches’.

The warning comes into effect at 6pm on Monday (February 16) and remains in place until 10am on Tuesday (February 17). Forecasters say rain, sleet and slow overnight are expected into increase the risk of ice.

The Met Office has warned of injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces, with ice on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths expected to cause disruption.

  1. It's the middle of winter and the snow we get Every Year has arrived so cue this nonsense weather warnings, tips on how to "survive" the extremities.
    Roll on Summer (or what little we get nowadays due to the incessant dimming of the skies with chemtrails) and the same corrupted agencies will be showing us weather maps in Bright Orange or Red if the temperature goes above 22 Degrees and warning us about Heatstroke and Skin Cancer.
