Episode 13 – Pyrenees Atlantiques: The long push to the Atlantic Coast! 🌊🏔️

Still battling relentless cold and rain in the Pyrenees Atlantiques, but those rare glimpses of sunshine lift our spirits every time. The V81 greenway continues to deliver – rolling foothills, quiet paths, and stunning valley views that make the struggle feel worth it.

Then… we finally roll into Bayonne, our first taste of the Atlantic Ocean! Starting from the Mediterranean way back in Sete Town, this coast-to-coast crossing is a huge personal achievement for us. Bayonne’s Basque charm, river views, and that salty sea air hit different after all the mountains and weather. Spain (and warmer rides) hopefully soon!
