Bought a ghost Road Rage from eBay last week and missed this weird looking Crack on the fork when I checked the Frame.
When I knock on the fork it sounds the same everywhere and I can not press in the material. It still seems to be stable.
What do you think? Is it just a Crack of the Paint or is it the Carbon underneath?
I would now mark the end of the crack and see if it gets bigger when driving.
It doesn't make any strange noises when driving or under load.

Someone more experienced than me will be able to give you better advice, but in my opinion, carbon + crack, and especially in the fork is a disaster waiting to happen. Better be safe than sorry. Take it to a specialist.
I sure wouldn‘t risk it. Can you talk to the manufacturer?
