So yesterday I had to make a sudden turn after noticing a pifall at the last second, it shifted the front wheel but I assumed it was fine, then today when I went to drive I noticed it so it suddenly stopping every-now and then I check for what when I found out the back wheel curving as shown. So, what is this problem called, and is it fixable? Or am I going to need to find a replacement?

Btw I’m asking since right now, is more of an annoyance but still rideable, I’m more so asking is it going to get more.
