While removing the bike computer mount from my handlebars I noticed it had some oil/grease on it. I turns out it comes from one of these (brake and gear tubes). The two on the other side are dry. Is something wrong, and is this something I could fix myself if I have very little knowledge of fixing my own bike, or is it a job for the bike shop?

~~They’re in-line barrel adjusters. You use them to adjust your derailleur or brakes while riding. It’s better if they are lubricated because they rely on metalic and plastic parts sliding on each other, which can seize. Don’t sweat it. If they do seize, the worst that usually happens is that you lose a convenient way to adjust stuff.~~
~~I usually dab it with a drop of oil when I’m doing my chain, wipe off the excess and call it a day.~~
Wait no hang on. One of them is the barrel adjuster, the grey one. The black one with Shimano branding is definitely part of the hydraulic brake system. That shouldn’t leak. I would have it checked by a bike shop. Sorry for the misguidance.
The silver one is the barrel adjuster for the rear shifter and the black one is the extension for the hydraulic brake. Barrel adjuster is supposed to be dry, if there’s some oil is probably coming from the extension: you may wanna check the state of the seal inside of that.
