  1. As you record your rides do you report any bad/dangerous driving? I'm thinking of close overtakes etc. I do these days and submit to Operation Snap and out of around 40 clips I've sent in only 2 were not actioned by the police, and I live in a quiet rural/coastal area! Obviously it doesn't help at the time but my hope is if enough reports are submitted then eventually motorists will get message. Plus I cannot deny getting a little bit of justice for the clown who nearly wiped me out is rather satisfying. Note I wouldn't class that left hook as particularly bad, just a bit annoying.

  2. Well done Mike and Julie very nice ride in day light.
Workers actually working on the road, the usual plan for them is put traffic lights and cones out on a Friday afternoon then disappear until Tuesday if you're lucky.
    Enjoy a wonderful week

  3. Mike and julie thanks for the ride again. I always wondered about the beach shacks thanks for the explanation. 350,000 for a beach shake you can use overnight sounds silly. I am still on my challenge almost missed yesterday. You are right sometimes it should just be about peddling. On those days i still dont turn off my garmin ha ha. Bunkie

  4. I was just thinking if that was Tuesday, I was in John Lewis having coffee when you passed. Then you both confirmed it was 😀

  5. Lucky dog! Good reactions too Mike!

That thing stuck on the pole looks like the aftermath of an unfortunate collision between an Albatross and a streetlight. Most odd 🧐

£350k… for a beach hut? Good grief! 😵‍💫

Good ride, and a welcome return to a bit of afternoon Wheeler action! Been missing the daily dose I have 🤣

  6. Good to see you out in the daylight and seeing the sea and some sun. Your weather was far better than ours on Tuesday, very wet up here. Great reaction Mike missing the dog 🐕🚲🚲

  7. The Echo online recently ran an article on the Keyhole bridge. The first comment was by someone who wanted bikes to be registered and have licence plates. I replied that this was a regular suggestion from the anti-cycling brigade, and wasn't a good idea because of all the benefits from cycling. My inbox was flooded the next morning with alerts, but I wasn't able to open the comments section because it was closed. I wonder if I ignited a firestorm?

  8. Hi guys that looked a better ride in the daylight and no rain or wind is always a bonus 🙂 also the lunch looked nice..watch out for those dogs and keep peddling 👍🏻
