Half at the most. Looks like a very basic build.

For sure too much in this market. Probably closer to 3-3500 Canadian.
Price is a little high, pretty much a stock bike besides the fork. Rest of it is on the lower end (nx drivetrain and g2 brakes)
Santa Cruz bikes sell for a premium when they are new partly because they have good build quality but also because they have very good customer support in terms of warranty and lifetime bearing replacements for the original owner.
Those warranty and lifetime bearing replacements do not transfer to the second owner. So in my mind I have never understood to idea that a used Santa Cruz should maintain a high resale value. Especially when you look at the mid tier parts like NS drivetrain and G2 brakes. $4600 is way too much for a bike with those components.
Yeah, echoing the rest, asking too much for that build.
