Balham is actually a really bubbly and nice area. A stone’s throw from huge houses and great schools. But unfortunately there’s a lot of drug addiction and alcoholics all over London. So even your best areas have shit ppl floating about and u can never really feel safe here. Even on the tube or bus. Any day anything shit can happen
