Hello Community,
I spend every summer on two wheels, wild camping. After much deliberation, I've finally found my dream gear. I use the 12' huge "Tempest" zippered hammock from OneWind, which is perfect for lying diagonally (horizontally/straight), and their "Billow" tarp, which provides excellent all-around protection from the elements. For cold days, I combine it with the "Flare" underquilt to ensure cozy, warm nights even in sub-zero temperatures. Since using this combination, I haven't woken up once during the night and sleep through for up to 13 hours in the Tegel. That's never happened to me at home in bed. Have you had similar experiences and are you able to sleep better on trips than at home?
Here's a link to my video to show how incredibly easy and effective this setup is in real-world conditions.
