Help Diagnose My Bike Noises

For context, my bike had a chain slip a few weeks ago, and today I finally fixed it but now there's a horrible loud sound when walking it and much worse when riding (louder and an extra squeaking sound). I don't know much about bikes so I'm scared I might have messed something up and the sound is pretty gnarly.
It's a cheap single speed bike off facebook marketplace so I don't know much about it and it's worked pretty well before the chain slip with no noise besides some squeaking at the top of the front wheel.
