Would like to change the color of my wheels nipple

Hi, I acquired this bike last summer, I really enjoy it. I would just like to get rid of all the silver on the bike. I’m wondering what’s the best method to change the color of my silver nipples. Should I paint them or just buy new ones ? Thank you for your advice !
