Is there anything that can be done about this? It happens only under nearly full/ full pressure. The bolts on the side of the caliper are tight. Also would this cause brake squeal?
The brake fluid getting on the pads or rotor (or both) will make it squeal. Get a new brake caliper, install and bleed or for a little bit extra money if they are mt200s you can buy them end to end and cut and install without a bleed so it’ll save you money on getting a bleed kit and mineral oil.
