Last week I made a post asking for advice on my Canyon Spectral 125 arriving out the box with scratches across the head and top tube. I reached out to Canyon, and they’ve offered me a £75.00 voucher. I pushed back but they won’t budge. I’m incredibly disappointed, it’s an expensive bike and now I’m either out money when I come to sell it, or I don’t have a bike for at least a month.

Not sure what to do. Long-shot but if any Canyon employee could help that would be appreciated.
