It seems like my plantar fasciitis is very inflamed. The burning sensation and pain return whenever I increase the amount of time I stand or walk—especially when I go over about 4–5k steps per day. For example, yesterday I spent a lot of time standing, and by the evening I felt very tired and my foot just felt heavy. It looks like the amount of standing and walking needs to be applied very carefully.
Magnesium upsets my stomach. What else can you advise i take please?
Stretching the feet works wonders, but is it a permanent solution if you keep doing those exercise exercises every day or does it just alleviate pain temporarily?
