Just try the phrase “chainring bolt cover” in your favorite search engine and see where that gets you. I know a few makers off the top of my head (AbsoluteBlack, Carbon-Ti, etc), but they are usually shaped to match a specific crank, and don’t look as good on a different crank. For an Alivio crank, I’d almost expect them to be custom.
