So basically this Scott gambler popped up on marketplace near-ish to me and I was thinking of buying it. My current bike is in the first pic. Basically my Norco has better brakes and rear shock but the shock is the same size. However the gambler is 29”. I’m doing a few northwest cups this summer should I swap over? (Gambler is more of a race bike than park bike)

Ive got that generation gambler and it’s pretty sweet. Unbelievably fast. Depends on how much you want those 29 inch wheels though. Can’t imagine it’s that far off of putting a 29er fork on your norco and ripping it mullet
