Hello,
I just got these tpu tubes off temu (heard good reviews about them) and was wondering if i should take the black plastic piece and the transparent seal off. When i put it in the wheel it just lifts the tube really high in the tire and i cant see how it would seal anything off etc. Anybody know what i should do?

Don’t know anything about those tubes, but please stop shopping Temu ffs
never seen that black thing before no idea what that is, I have 6 of them and none came with that
It might be adapter for wheels with larger hole for Schroeder valves
Just run them without either, it’s fine.
If they rattle, you can take a small piece of electrical tape and push the valve through it and tape down against the rim. Works well for non threaded valves.
Remove that black spacer and transparent o-ring before installing.
I ordered few Myride road and gravel tubes with black plastic valve and they came without any. Btw road tubes holding great!
If you get slow leak, it’s probably the valve. You can take the core out and apply grease to the threads. That will seal it.
The black plastic is a Schrader to presta rim adapter, if you have rims made for presta you don’t need it
