Canyon Endurace CF SLX 8 AXS Aero – color desert grey 🐪🏜️
Sold my BMC Roadmachine TWO (see post a couple of weeks ago) and bought this beauty. It cost me a bit extra, but hey, there is always a reason to get a new bike.
Tried it through Canyon a week ago at a bike show. It is not as responsive as a Canyon Ultimate, but much more stable and comfortable. And for sure, for 90+% of people it is fast enough. To be honest, visually, the pictures does not do the bike justice. It is a grey with a golden touch. When I look at it IRL I kind of get a Aeroad feel (the frame and then integrated cables gives it really an aero feel). The DT Swiss ERC wheel hubs sound amazing – their sound is very organic, picks up when you push hard, then dissolves. Hard to explain, but just very premium (obviously if this matters to you, it does not for me in principal, but when you have it you appreciate it).
The geometry fits me perfectly. It is very comfortable and the position is more upright, although a bit crammed, which rarely is a problem (I feel most bikes are a bit too stretched out).
