Might be a Campy free hub, it’s been a hot minute since Ive seen one so my memory is fuzzy. You should be able to find a HG free hub to use on the interwebs

  2. 8 symmetrical splines = campy. There are conversion cassettes I think that are shimano spaced cogs that can mount on a campy.

That middle picture would fit well in r/confusingperspective, aside from this being an esoteric subject. I totally thought the hub flange was the splines, and that the freehub in that image wasn’t the same as in the other two.

[It’s old.](https://www.reddit.com/r/bikewrench/comments/17dx4hs/comment/k5zwdzc/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button) You will need to track down something NOS, as it’s many generations of Campagnolo freehub ago.

EDIT: Honestly, you’re better off just grabbing [this](https://ebay.us/m/uqKesh) if you really want to run this wheel. These Original Mavic FTS freehubs aren’t too readily available anymore, and the common FTS-L from this millennium will not subsitute.
