Howdy! I picked this frame up from a bike shop who said a guy that collected rare frames donated a bunch to them. The lugs are beautiful but there’s no indication as to what frame this is. Was curious if anyone has any idea based off the lugs alone as they are pretty unique.

Appears to have Paul dropouts which indicates that it’s slightly modern and probably custom built, I can’t say much beyond that. Anything on the bb?
