I’ve had my 2024 Grizl CF SLX 8 (size XL) with the Rockshox Rudy XPLR fork for about a year, and while it was a great fork, I wanted something lighter and more nimble. I upgraded the bars to the new Enve AR one piece bar in 400mm/90mm, and swapped the Rudy fork for the Enve gravel disc fork. Looking forward to trying out some wider tires soon.
I had to have my LBS order a special headset adapter to go to 1 1/8" from the stock 1 1/4” on this bike, so the spacers look a little wonky. But it is worth it for the amazing ride quality improvement!
The whole bike now weighs 19.4lbs (8.8kg) without pedals or the top tube bag, down about 1.4lbs (636g) from the suspension fork setup. Overall, I’m really happy with this modification. It wasn’t cheap but it was much more economical than a new bike!

Which adaptor did you use? I think I have a method but seeing if there is a single adapter that drops in?
