Nothing is ugly as long as you love it plus I think it looks great!

It’s the stem/bar combo. Drops always look weird with almost any rise on a stem. Get a 0 rise stem or throw a riser on there instead, and it’ll probably look more “right” in your eyes.

I’ve never been a fan of mismatched wheels on any bike, but it is common on fixies. I’ve passed on many a fixie because they had mismatched wheels.

Yes. For me the ugly is mainly the rear wheel. Swap a few parts and I think it’d look cool

Do you like it? If you do that’s awesome but if you don’t if you’re not 100% then maybe look into something else and think about the cost of how much it would cost to get a different wheel.
Personally I’m not a fan of the rear wheel or the cockpit set up
