I have these brakes on my Koga-Miyato roadrunner from ~1980.
The problem is that the left brakepad on the rear doesn't hit the rim straight. Even with the cable adjusted so it barely doesn't touch the rim while not braking, pulling the brakes fully to the handlebar, the braking force is quite bad. The old braking pad was worn at this angle, so they actually braked much better than the new pads.
As far as I can see there is no angle adjustment on these brake pads? Is my braking assembly just bent or something? Does somebody here have experience with similar issues on these brakes?
