The ICAN SN04 is an interesting frame. It took me from pedaling flat on trails to jumping wild shit. Three trips to Bentonville, Spider mountain Tx, lots of big jumps locally and about 3000 miles and three years. Then it died on the trail (no crash involved, was a progressive failure of material strength and finally snapped). It has some serious shortcomings, namely the falling leverage rate rear suspension and the way it puts vertical bending moments on the seatstay. The rear axle pivot bearings are very poorly designed, and the nut in the drive side of the chainstay pivot gettting loose and causing abrasions damage to the chainstay carbon. The darn headset tube creak was unstoppable. Just to be clear, jumping crazy shit killed it. It’s not really meant for that, but it’s also not as well engineered bike.
