I mounted a central kickstand on my wife’s bike and I cannot stop it from moving from side to side.
I’ve tightened the bolt but I’m afraid of bending the frame.
The bike is aluminium and the stand is a Ursus double leg kickstand. On my other bike with the same stand this doesn’t happen because the stand fits perfectly on the recessed rectangle the frame has for it. Here the rectangle is bigger and there is a lot of play to the point where one of the the stands legs can almost touch the wheel when folded.
