Lance, Johan, and Spencer break down the newly unveiled 2026 Tour de France route, stage by stage. They dissect the key climbs, time trials, and transition days, debate how tough the race really is, who the course favors, and what early storylines could define next July’s battle for yellow.

They'll need to repave the Col de Sarenne and back side of the Alpe d'Huez route. Currently has lots of gravel and broken pavement.
Yea. Armstrong was the best climber on dope.
Like me, with all due respect, these folks have given the race to the Slovenian narcissist and who may be the GOAT. No hate, just my opinion.
what, not even a word about the women's race?
No offense this all conjecture. All these predictions depend on all the best riders get to the tour healthy. That’s what we need to pray for
The problem I see with not having the last day as a celebration with a sprint at the end is why would a sprinter stick around if he’s not in the green jersey or competing close for it? At least back in the day those guys had a big reason to suffer and fight through the mountains for one of the if not the most revered sprint in cycling. In today’s relegation era just drop your sprinter after two weeks and get him ready for .pro races to get you more uci points
You all not talking about him but if Sepp is on top of his game he could be up there helping Jonas everyday
Great show as usual guys. Spencer is right about the cumulative impact of crashes, something the media seems to forget or ignore. A rider returns after a few months and they act like it never happened. Tadej was lying like a rug when he said his crash in last year's Tour had no impact on him the rest of that race. Those add up, we've seen it with other superstars. And Johan is right about burnout. Tadej has already said in various interviews it will be 3, 4 or 5 more years. I'm guessing four but a few more bad crashes will bring it down to three quickly.
How cool it would be to have those long TT's back….Specially, TTT.
Will champs Elysees actually be a bunch sprint ? The champs sprint is too iconic to essentially just bin it off
There will be no pure sprinters on the last stage into Paris, that final last week has seen to that.
Ste vedeli da na tour the france 2025 je tadej pogacar imel poskodovano koleno in je zadnji teden tour the france peljal poškodovan in je hotel odstopiti to je izjavil sam .Ce bo pogačar zdrav bo zmagal tour the france
Drop Huel as a sponsor they have lead in their products
Pogacar contract until 2030🎉🎉
Jesus, almost a quarter of a century since 'The Look!'
Nobody has ever won three grandtours in a year. Is it totally impossible or might Pogacar go for it?
Watching a podcast about the Tour de France Route Reveal
Host of the show: 'Yeah, so I haven't yet looked at the parcours stage by stage.'
I mean, come on, what are we doing here. Are you even interested in pro cycling or are you just farming views based on your history in the sport.
Johan and Spencer's insights are very useful, but Lance is pretty useless here, I'm sorry. Inform yourself or just stay quiet. A lot of viewers know more about current pro cycling than this dude right now, I'm sorry. Adds little value.
Why is anyone wasting their time listening to Lance? The most legendary doper in all of sports history? That guy?
One year I did the Denver-Aspen Classic ride, a one day 202 mile and 13,000 ft of climbing monster ride. For most people, this would be the ride of their life, which it was for me. The TDF boys will be climbing 13 times (177,000 ft) that during the tour. Mindboggling. That is pretty close to doing that ride everyday or every other day 13 times…..
Also interesting about the riding until '28, if he wins every tour between now and then he will tie some guy for most tour wins.
Why does the guy in the beard look like a CGI model
52:30 😂Rose bud Rockets sounds like something you can't say on you tube 😂
just look at stage 20, the climbs and vertical meters climbed. and good point about 3rd and 4th best current stage racers (del Toro and Almeida) being on Pogi's team. time for someone to step up and challenge.
Time trials too short and mountain stages either too short or not enough climbs
The winner gets to chase the crooks on the mopeds that robbed the Louvre! 🚵🏼🛵🫅🏼🇨🇵🤫
Maybe I misheard this but I think you just said he's not going to win five in a row, Tadej. You said you preYou said you predict he'll retire at the end of 28. I totally think it's inconceivable to think he could potentially win. 26, 27, 28. I mean I totally understand by which I mean. I don't understand at all but I know it's not just that easy to say well "Tadej will just win the rest of everything until he retires". But I do think it's possible he wins five in a row.
Armstrong ~ 0.1 Pogge
the best climber was not Lance, it was Marco Pantani. dont be too cooky
Why is it that Lance has no trouble speaking about the doping part of his achievements but Johan NEVER speaks about it. It was just a big part of Johans success and career as it was for Lance.
The new route without a champs sprint means there’s no reason for the sprinters to finish the tour now
Can we just replace Spencer? The guy is terrible for this show. He knows stats but not cycling .
An amazing show as always.
The guy with the beard talks too much. I want to listen more to Johan and Lance please. Thanks.
Lance is looking lean and mean. He is gonna make a comeback and beat Pogi
Those glasses look ridiculous on Lance
You missed the most important point. The race passes my house within a kilometer 😂😂😂😂 Score your 20% discount on a 2 week bicycle holidays in Catalunya! Vinciclettarides dot Cat
Bunch of dopers making noises, nothing to see here.
Just go away Lance, stop pretending everything is okay now, and quit reminding us of how pathetic you are.
Love Spencer the ‘brain’

Do you know if the teams will be staying in Le Bourg d’Oisans for both l’Alpe d’Huez? If not, where?
