Hi everyone. I’m looking for new (used) bikes for my son. I was able to check out this Rift Zone which has a Marzocchi Bomber Z2 fork. The fork seems to work Ok, maybe a little bit sticky, but it’s very noisy. I have a Fox performance 34 on my bike which is much quieter but I’m under the impression they are almost the same fork. What is the sound and is it indicative of major issues? I’m trying to figure out if this is a nogo for the bike, or if it’s the type of thing that could be negotiated out of the price like a lower leg service which I have done before. Thanks in advance.
