  1. you know what, this guy is a shitstain to his support. i know you m0r0ns think that its fair to request compensation for any reason whatsoever, however, there are rules to this work and courtesy compensations are A COURTESY, not mandatory. he has a contract that lays out payment schematics and compensation policies. this is not done willy-nilly, if I was a manager at uber I would disable his account 7 out of 10 times.

  2. It’s insanely hard to get through to a supervisor anymore. They put me on a loop of customer service agents last time I tried. Every agent said they would transfer me to someone more qualified to help me out and it went on for 7 support agents until I finally gave up.

  3. I hate Uber eats. I ordered drinks awhile ago from a cafe. I need to share a delivery code to the driver to confirm the delivery. They said the food was delivered and never gave me it. They never called or texted me. I contacted support and said I wasn't eligible for a refund. They took my money and gave me nothing. Then a couple days later. They charged me for the order I didn't receive again. So now I owe money for an order I already paid for and never got. They can go screw themselves.

  4. This is why I rarely use Uber now. They used to really good but their app now is constantly trying to upsell and even if you want to place an order there’s never any courier nearby. In the UK I now use one of the other home delivery platforms. To me Uber is now a last resort !

  5. I took a year off from UE and just started delivering again. First day I receive an order from a restaurant that was already closed at 1am. I drive 5 miles to get there and am told there is no compensation! This is the reason I quit to begin with. Nothing has changed. What a f'ckn waste of time 🙁
