  1. Thank you! I’ve seen several versions of this exercise but most of them were either too hard or too intense. This works perfectly!

  2. How many times a day ? And thank you for this . Is there an excersise for wrist bone, mines the thinist of all my bones. Im having a dexa scan next month. It's been 2 years since the last one.

  3. When I started heal drops, one heel got Plantar fasciitis according to podiatrist. 3 months later –It's now healed so I do regular jumping which does not cause any pain. Interesting what works for different people.

  4. I was doing something similar to this but stopped because it bothered my back (Osteopenia) maybe I was coming down to hard. I will try your Exercise & see how I do. Love your Channel & Thank you for Sharing 😎

  5. Thanks a lot for sharing, Will ❤

    I'm starting right away & I'll journal on how it's going/doing daily 😊 🤗

I am looking forward to a life without spine operations. I had one 2 years ago & my Doctor says that I need to have another one in November 👎 😭

  6. I've been doing these, RUH suggested I tried when my spinal fractures healed. I can't cope with the letting them drop too hard but have been doing them and heel raises whilst sitting I was told is beneficial, that's easy to do in time to music.

  7. The Japanese do this and they have fewer people with osteoporosis. My issue is heel spurs, especially when barefoot. I used to do heel drops. Just had a cortisone shot in my right heel and it didn’t help. So I’m afraid I’ll aggravate my heel even more.
