R.E. Festive 500. I told my wife a few years ago i wanted to do the Festive 500. She said what is it, i explained, she replied with "Your a selfish prick if you want ti spend xmas cycling over me and the kids" I couldnt argue with that. The more i think about it the more selfish it is, unless your single. Have a nice xmas.

Happy new year to you and Jake. I’m so far behind with catching up with cycling vlogs. I think to do the Rapha 500 you have to be either single or selfish and it’s never appealed to me, don’t think you even get a proper badge any more you get a virtual one. I love a winter ride but with the snow and Ice this week and the storm coming Thursday into Friday I’ve started up my zwift subscription again, which I hadn’t used since 2024. Stay safe this week, might see you on zwift.
