It seems like you crashed? Warranty doesn’t cover that. That frame is dead, don’t ride it.

If you’re the original owner, it’s always worth taking to a shop and asking. I doubt this is a warranty replacement, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they offered you a new frame at a discounted crash replacement price.
