I recognize the grip!
It's the one austrialians used in ww1, using their middle finger to pull the trigger,
Genius!
Finest bolt action battle rifle.
After both wars many of these were sold in the north as a cheap hunting rifle choice , folks would cut down the stocks.
Mine was purchased at a yardsale for 20$
I restored it with old Australian parts.
Mine is from 1917, ftr in 1957 lol 2025 still does it.
With enough skill, which is gained through enough practice, a bolt-action rifle CAN Shoot as fast as a semi-aoutomatic, or allmost as fast, but that level of fire-rate while aiming is so difficult its practiclly impossible! Thats why the semi-aotuotmatic was invented, it was cheaper than training soldiers to shoot this fast, and allowed Them to AIM And Shoot faster!
Lee-Enfield is king 👑
That was quite sloppy
Lee Enfield, THE GOAT BOLT-ACTION RIFLE!
Gosh what's the technique called again?
Quick Minute?
It had some unique attributes and the 10 round capacity was next level. Unfortunately, having a stock that had multiple separate pieces did nothing to help it be accurate.
100% speed 0% accrecy
You should contest with this fella https://youtu.be/I5P7qlix-hU?si=9f83Y6PlXefDpxzm
My grandfather showed me how.
Man i bet a well trained soldier back then coild rip thay thing off fast with the right technique
Thats wonderful but did you hit anything? Lie prone do 15 rounds at 300 hundred yards in a minute
0% on target though
Woooah, this IS an advantage in the trenches….
15 rounds a minute badged as marksman, 20 rounds a minute badged as expert!
Fudd lore debunked:
1. No one thought it was a machine gun. Not even close.
2. This technique was only useful in prone position.
3. If a bunch of dudes in prone did it at the same time it would sound like rapid fire
4. It was almost never effective
Getting a Lee enfield soon, hope I can be as fast as you!
Great technique!
I shoot a lot both bolt guns and semi-autos.
I live where people have full auto firearms.
Only a non gun person would think that was a machine gun.
How lee enfield fastest bolt action rifle.
Mannlicher M95 is faster
Mad minute. A single rifle might not give off the impression of a machine gun but a trench full of them certainly could.
I can see it getting confuses for a semi auto but not a machine gun
I do that “rude finger on the trigger” technique with my 22LR too. Very fast!
Spring loaded bolt made it even faster
2A1?? 7.62?
Early semi automatic rifles shot slower than that
I've seen a Guy firing faster xddd
Now imagine 4 guys with this rifle
With just one guy it doesn’t sound like a machine gun. Get a bunch of guys firing at their best rate (not the middle finger thing) and yea it sounds like you’ve got a machine gun going off. It’s just a cacophony of sound, and it’s amazing.
And that was actually a pretty slow performance. Crazy
Machine gun HaHa. That's slow for semi auto.
Didn't look fast but when I just listened to it…yeah back in the days of mainly musketery…MACHINE-GUN!🙃
if i will be send to war and only allowed to use bolt action rifle i will choose lee enfield any time of the day.
Yeah, that technique would have made a difference. Specially back then
Accuracy -8
You literally just gave the government a question to ban them FFS 🤦🏻♂️
Noone thought that was a machine gun.
The Chauchat fires faster than this. Parliament's just making up garbage to tighten the testicular grip of the nation as they always do.
Love an enfield! Sincerely your friend from Merica.
Great rifle. Durable. And many reasons why it was in service for so long 😊
No one thought that it was a machine gun 😂 your news is just designed to incite fear in the public so they can pass more laws and ban more guns
They thought it was a machine gun cause they're unfamiliar with what a machine gun sounds like.
Beautiful rifle right there though.
Kia Ora from across the ditch.
Snappy shooting 🙂

Quick….Delete this before some sends this to Chris Minns
Being left handed you would be surprised how fast I can fire 10 rounds laying the rifle over something me right hand doesn't leave the bolt
Gen scinmore is faster
The US Krag is quicker.
