  1. Finest bolt action battle rifle.

After both wars many of these were sold in the north as a cheap hunting rifle choice , folks would cut down the stocks.

Mine was purchased at a yardsale for 20$
I restored it with old Australian parts.

Mine is from 1917, ftr in 1957 lol 2025 still does it.

  2. With enough skill, which is gained through enough practice, a bolt-action rifle CAN Shoot as fast as a semi-aoutomatic, or allmost as fast, but that level of fire-rate while aiming is so difficult its practiclly impossible! Thats why the semi-aotuotmatic was invented, it was cheaper than training soldiers to shoot this fast, and allowed Them to AIM And Shoot faster!

  3. It had some unique attributes and the 10 round capacity was next level. Unfortunately, having a stock that had multiple separate pieces did nothing to help it be accurate.

  4. Fudd lore debunked:
    1. No one thought it was a machine gun. Not even close.
    2. This technique was only useful in prone position.
    3. If a bunch of dudes in prone did it at the same time it would sound like rapid fire
    4. It was almost never effective

  5. Great technique!
I shoot a lot both bolt guns and semi-autos.
I live where people have full auto firearms.
Only a non gun person would think that was a machine gun.

  6. With just one guy it doesn’t sound like a machine gun. Get a bunch of guys firing at their best rate (not the middle finger thing) and yea it sounds like you’ve got a machine gun going off. It’s just a cacophony of sound, and it’s amazing.

  7. The Chauchat fires faster than this. Parliament's just making up garbage to tighten the testicular grip of the nation as they always do.
