That guy gets it. My anxiety has fallen so dramatically since I got into old bikes. He’s right that your doomscrolling habits decrease dramatically when you get into this shit. I’ve watched more Park Tools videos and Gary’s Projects videos than videos on world events, and I’m much saner for it.
Forget the medication and current events, give me an old bike.
