Does it have any issues?

I just bought this used carbon front wheel off the internet and wondering if the dents (the one that bends the light) is normal in carbon rims. I used the tap technique to look for cracks or any potential issues and nothing, it sound completely normal.

I don't know if this gonna help, but when I try to touch it, it feels like the resin molded into the shape of the carbon weave.
