You need an ISO to post mount adapter.

Its been a while since I bought a new disc brake, but i think mine came with a few “adapter thing” to match whatever angle your mounting points happen to be.

The last number we need is what size rotors are you running.
This will determine the offset (0mm, 20mm, 40mm etc )
