I just changed the tires on my bike, and now my front gear isn’t switching but the back is fine. (It’s a 3 gear in the front) I had a video of it in action but I can’t post it.
Wish I could give you an answer but a photo of your chainset at that angle plus the description that it stopped changing after you swapped a tyre just doesn’t tell us any real information. From the photo it looks as if your derailleur might not be correctly positioned but the angle of the photo is bad and it might be ok

It’s really hard to say. But it looks as though maybe you had, in the photos, turned the gear shifter without also turning the pedals. You have to do both simultaneously to change gears.
