Just getting into BMX for the first time at 37. I mostly ride the park while my sons are scootering. I’m able to do some of the most basic tricks on a Walmart bike, but I’ve bent rims and began feeling how shitty they are. I know I want to go full chromoly eventually, but that’s proving hard to find at a price I can stomach in my area right now. Is this bike good for the price? Will I get any improvement worth buying with this over a Walmart ?

That price doesn’t seem too bad, if you can afford it. I would imagine that bike would be a small upgrade from a Walmart bike. I wouldn’t try to win any big air contests with it.
