This silly 70’s french bottom bracket will not come out! The bike is very clean, I don’t think it’s rusty in there, but it just won’t come out!

Part of the issue is that I can’t get a good grip on it, It’s very thin. I bought a skinny 35mm wrench from amazon that came bent (😡) and won’t sit nicely on it. I have tried vice grips, pipe wrenches, and many other assorted grippers and grabbers. I have sprayed it with PB blaster as well. The other side came out perfectly fine! The only thing I can think of is to heat it up.

Does anybody have any suggestions, knowledge, or advice? This is my first time restoring a bike and of course this is the last thing I need to take off before I polish the paint and clear coat it. From the research I’ve done this stupid (😡) French bottom bracket is reverse threaded in, I’ve tried both directions, by hand and with a hammer.

Help please, I need your guys’ infinite wisdom.

(Also what do you guys think of white wheels with this beautiful green colour?)
