I own a Cervelo R2. That isn’t one. The R2 is full carbon and they came with 105/FSA groupsets. That bike looks all kinds of wrong. The Cervelo on the downtube is in the wrong spot and the downtube is the wrong shape. The cables enter the tube in the wrong spot. The chainstays are also the wrong shape. Honestly, it looks more like a Cannondale pretending to be a Cervelo.

This looks like an aluminum frame that someone painted black, then put a cervelo sticker on. I would steer very clear of this bike OP.
