Not sure what MY is this, apparently is fairly lightweight and seems a carbon frame. I wasn't able to get any info from the cannondale website. It does need some work but I wanted to check if I can have a 28 rear and 25 front, currently it has a 23 rear and a 25 front… any idea of the actual model and year?
